Elisha Brown: Print Services Director

Elisha Brown


Born and raised in Western BC, Elisha has had the privilege of living in most of the unique landscapes Canada has to offer. Entrepreneurship is a family passion and after 4.5 years working in Europe, Elisha came back to Prince George with an interest in business and marketing. In 2011, she was able to return to College to revive her creativity and tie it with her professional interest through graphic design. Elisha received her Diploma from the New Media Communications and Design program in the spring of 2013 and registered the business Digital Umbrella Creative in the spring of 2014.

Elisha’s personal and work experiences lends to her dynamic personality. Ethics and relationships are top priority in all of her pursuits. She wishes to work on projects of all types and stages, but her passion in the field and community of Prince George is to make high quality design products available to small business.



Lakeysha O’Neill


Born in Prince George and raised in the small community of Mackenzie, BC Lakeysha enrolled in every sport and activity she could. In elementary school, she had the rare opportunity to learn advanced skills in computer sciences. After her attendance at UVIC for linguistics and then UNBC for computer sciences and math, Lakeysha settled into the New Media Communications and Design Program of CNC. She brought her talents to DUC in summer 2014 after a year and a half with PG Web Designs.

A natural at research and strategic planning, Lakeysha’s strong suit is finding best method for delivering a premium product within the goals of a project. Her education in design lends to her stylistic approach to front end web development balancing function and beauty. Her interest in student accessibility and mentorship drives her ambitions to establish a rooted business in the Prince George community.

Miranda Hein Graphic Designer

Miranda Hein


Born and raised in Prince George, Miranda has been a Cranbrook hill resident since she was 5 years old. Living next to Forests for the World Provincial Park imbedded a love for exploring the outdoors. Her creative spirit and illustrative talents are often inspired by the nature she encounters in the surrounding Prince George area.

Heeding the encouragement of a close family friend, Miranda completed the New Media Communications and Design program at the College of New Caledonia. It was during her class internship that Printwerx decided to hire Miranda as a full time Graphic Designer for the last three years.

Miranda’s passion for the North and making art out of anything she can get her hands on lends a fresh perspective to DUC. Her illustrative eye and ability to use physical elements in new ways brings diversity to the projects we can create as an agency.
